High School Completion

Persons 19 years of age and older can earn a high school diploma at South Puget Sound Community College if specific requirements are met.

South Puget Sound Community College offers adult students a high school diploma through both day and evening programs.

An adult may earn a diploma in one of two ways:

  • Graduation through the student's own high school by completing courses at South Puget Sound Community College, which are transferred back to the local high school. In this case, it is necessary for the student to make the appropriate arrangements and secure permission from the high school principal.
  • Graduation from South Puget Sound Community College with an adult high school diploma upon successful completion of the requirements as set forth by the state's Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
