Withdrawal Policy
Students unable to attend the first class day of the quarter must notify the instructor or risk the possibility of being dropped from the class. Classes dropped before the tenth class day are not recorded on student transcripts.
- Classes registered for after the fourth (4th) instructional day of the quarter require instructor and Division Dean signatures
- Classes registered for after the tenth (10th) instructional day of the quarter require instructor and Division Dean signatures, a Late Add Petition along with a $100 per class fee
- Pre-requisite overrides need instructor and Division Dean signatures
- Auditing a class needs instructor signature before the tenth (10th) instructional day of the quarter
Submit required signatures on completed Add/Drop forms to Enrollment Services for processing.

- Summer Quarter 2008 - June 26, 2008
- Fall Quarter 2008 - September 25, 2008
- Winter Quarter 2009 - January 8, 2009
- Spring Quarter 2009 - April 9, 2009
Last Day to drop w/out "W"
- Summer Quarter 2008 - July 3, 2008
- Fall Quarter 2008 - October 3, 2008
- Winter Quarter 2009 - January 16, 2009
- Spring Quarter 2009 - April 17, 2009
Last Day to withdraw
- Summer Quarter 2008 - August 1, 2008
- Fall Quarter 2008 - November 14, 2008
- Winter Quarter 2009 - February 27, 2009
- Spring Quarter 2009 - May 29, 2009
