Student Identification Cards

When you enroll at South Puget Sound Community College you automatically become a member of the Associated Student Body (ASB). ASB cards are free of charge and available through the Student Programs Office in Building 27 (Student Union Building). You must have a photo ID and proof of enrollment in order to get your ASB card. Your ASB card must then be updated every quarter you are enrolled with a current validation sticker, which is obtained at the time you pay your tuition and fees from the Cashier's Office. Lost cards can be replaced by paying a $10.00 fee.

The many benefits and uses for your ASB card include the following:

  • Source of identification
  • Proof of enrollment at South Puget Sound Community College
  • Student discounts or free admission to college events, including dances, movies, concerts, lectures, special events and recreational or athletic events
  • To check out recreational equipment
  • To vote in ASB elections
  • To use the South Puget Sound Community College Library and Media Center
  • ID at local businesses that participate in the Student Discount Program
  • ID for similar services at Centralia College
  • Free unrestricted travel on Intercity Transit Bus System
  • Use of recreation facilities at The Evergreen State College for free or at a reduced fee
